Swisslog Healthcare is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead our team of Inside Sales and Business Development Representatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing inside sales representatives, driving renewals, promoting new product business, and spearheading business development initiatives as well as ensuring accurate and effective data management. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive results through effective team management, innovative sales strategies and a collaborative approach to working with various departments across the organization.
Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Inside Sales and Business Development reps to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop KPIs to monitor and analyze performance of the Inside Sales team & the Business Development team in support of the our Pharmacy Automation business line, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for renewals, new product sales, and business development.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to design and execute effective lead generation campaigns.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, and drive that behavior with the team members as well.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Work closely with other customer facing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new and existing customers.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and productivity of team members.
- Coordinate with the Master Data Administrator on the Marketing team to ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance, as well as data integrity and accuracy, in our CRM and ERP systems.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Prepare and present quarterly results on inside sales activities related to bookings, lead generation, KPIs and quote opportunities.
- Work with the product development team to understand new product offerings and communicate feedback from the sales team and customers.
- Partner with the finance department to align sales forecasts and budgets, and to ensure accurate reporting and analysis of sales performance.

Application Requirements
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field.
- 7+ years of sales (preferably inside sales) experience.
- 4+ years of sales management experience.
- Sales coaching and strong relationship building skills.
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and grow customer relationships to secure future and recurring business.
- Must be able to drive sales growth and achieve team goals.
- Excellent analytics and metrics dashboard performance reporting capabilities
- Experience using SAP and a Customer Relationship Management (SF.com) system.
- Computer proficient in Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency with Sales Automation tools.
Compensation: Target salary range for this position is $80,000-90,000, plus sales incentive plan. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skillset. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical / dental / vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, disability, 401k matching (up to 8%).
