Job Summary
Oversees the planning, organization, and management of resources and tasks for business projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely, on-budget completion, including coordination of project teams and integration of vendor contributions.
Responsibilities
The Professional performs some or all of the following accountabilities as assigned:
• Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements
• Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing
• Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization)
• Identifying and resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget
• If applicable: Managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects)
• If applicable: Integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required.
- 8+ years of plant project management experience.
