A full-time Special Education teaching opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting located in Hensley, Arkansas. This contract position spans the current school year and focuses on providing specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs.
Responsibilities Include
- Delivering individualized and group instruction tailored to students with special education requirements across K-12 grade levels.
- Utilizing telehealth platforms effectively to support remote learning and student engagement where applicable.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting instructional strategies to meet learning goals.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational standards and regulations.
Desired Qualifications And Experience
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
- Experience teaching special education students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
