A Tennessee school is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join their student services team for the remainder of the school year. This role offers a stable, single-site assignment and the opportunity to collaborate closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Caseload Information
- Roughly 160 students, shared with a team that includes another School Psychologist, an SLP, an SLPA, and a Speech Teacher.
- Responsibilities are balanced across team members, allowing for manageable workloads and consistent student support.
Key Duties
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and contribute to evaluation reports.
- Support eligibility and reevaluation processes in accordance with district guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families to address student needs.
- Provide consultation on academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions.
- Maintain timely documentation and contribute to MTSS/RTI planning as needed.
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee School Psychologist Certification required.
- Prior school-based experience preferred but not mandatory.
