Position Overview
- Location: Bemidji, MN
- Setting: Specialty Pharmacy
- Duration: 13+ weeks
- Schedule:
- MondayFriday, 8:30am5:30pm
- Some weekends required
Responsibilities
- Perform long-term care pharmacy duties
- Support clinical operations and medication management
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and facility protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active Minnesota Pharmacist license
- Immunization certification
- CPR certification
- PharmD or MTM certification
- Prior specialty or LTC experience strongly preferred
- Must not have previously interviewed directly with or worked for Thrifty White
