Takes ownership and development of Zebra businesses in core Vertical Markets such as Regional Executive of assigned Key End-User accounts; develops and executes sales strategy for assigned core Vertical Markets and Regional Accounts with manager's input; develops strong relationships with key customer contacts and leverages to Zebra's advantage; creates and delivers high impact sales presentations and capable of solutions training; often used for those with strong technical background but limited sales experience or strong sales with limited market understanding. Develops and executes sales strategies with minimal input from manager for a higher level of financial responsibility; proactively sells solutions encompassing a wide range of products and services; as required leverages relationships with other business regions and/or external partners to deliver solutions; Develops strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers; leads customer presentations and value proposition creation. Generally reserved for top 10% most senior sales talent with greatest responsibilities; leads business planning, including participation in quota setting and defining overall sales strategy for specific vertical markets; anticipates customer needs and works to define innovative solutions; develops strong relationships with corporate-level executives and industry influencers; leads creation of innovative solutions for others to sell.
Must be local to our Miramar, FL location and attend onsite meetings.
50% travel to LATAM and some travel in NA.

- Technical Skills - Uses advanced domain/solutions knowledge to competitive advantage.
- Vertical Knowledge – Understanding of use cases per Vertical Market where Zebra Solutions will help customers to generate Business Outcome.
- Knowledge of Zebra - Provides input into development of business products/services; understands and follows multi-business protocols. Helps create Business/Industry products/services strategy, often crossing multiple businesses.
- Sales Skills - Develops and adapts advanced sales strategies to unique customer needs; creates customer partnerships.
- Managerial Skills - Full knowledge of all relevant business policies and practices; strong ability to energize and lead others.
- Business Acumen - Develops business solutions and directly addresses financial issues resulting in profitable revenue growth for Zebra; able to coordinate and present complete, complex solutions that meet customer needs and beat competition.
- Market/customer Knowledge - Acts as a resource to customers based on intimate knowledge of relevant vertical markets and needs. Applies both strategic and tactical understanding of Vertical Markets to ensure Zebra wins in the marketplace.

Qualifications:
Minimum:
- Bachelors or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of applicable work experience integrating Solutions with Hardware, Software and Services components
- Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese
- Have experience selling into vertical market solutions such as Retail, Manufacturing, T&L, or Healthcare. Expert in building and customizing Corporate Strategy
- Must be local to our Miramar, FL location and attend onsite meetings regularly
- 50% travel to LATAM and some travel in NA
Preferred:
- Advanced degree preferred
- Able to build Business Plans for Regional Accounts
- Develops and adapts advanced sales strategies to unique customer needs by vertical market; creates customer partnerships

Salary: USD 103600.00 - USD 155400.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
