This internship provides real project experience in identifying process gaps, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing solutions that drive measurable impact.

Support the design, revision, and administration of programs, policies, and standardized procedures according to company and client objectives.
Assist with special projects supporting corporate operations, including training development, project management tasks, and standards creation.
Develop tools and standards for the improvement (examples: metrics and reporting dashboards) reflecting performance results of new processes.
