Join a specialized nuclear medicine team in a contract role located in San Bernardino, CA. This opportunity involves working with advanced imaging technology in a hospital basement unit dedicated to nuclear medicine diagnostics. The position offers full-time, 8-hour shifts, typically scheduled between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM, with some variation based on department needs. Weekend and on-call availability are required.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals accurately to patients undergoing nuclear medicine scans.
- Conduct a range of nuclear medicine procedures including cardiac scans, Lexiscan, Adenosine stress tests, VQ scans, WBC scans, HIDA, MUGA, GI Bleed, Octreo, MIBG, Y90, and Zephyr testing.
- Operate and maintain three GE camera systems with dedicated cardiac and SPECT imaging capabilities.
- Follow unit policies including wearing hunter green scrubs and adhering to weekend and on-call schedules.
Qualifications And Experience
- CNMT, ARRT NM, or NMTCB certification required.
- BLS certification mandatory.
- IV certification and general nuclear medicine training from an accredited program required.
- Preferred: Experience with SPECT and EKG certification.
