The Role:
The Data Analyst will process, analyze, interpret, and distribute statistical related data and information from a wide variety of sources to both our internal and external customers. The Data Analyst will use various techniques e.g. statistical analysis, data mining, explanatory and predictive modeling.
What you’ll do:
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful reports
- Identify and recommend new ways to streamline data processes
- Use data to create models that depict trends in the customer base and the consumer population
- Work with project engineers to outline data needs for a multitude of analysis projects
- Manage master data sets, including creation, updates and deletion of data
- Provide technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining and data cleansing
- Process confidential data and information according to industry standard guidelines
- Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area and 1-4 years of experience in the field or related area
- General knowledge of quantitative analytic techniques
- Experience in conducting data analysis on large-scale database
- Experience in data cleaning, merging, and verification for accuracy and consistency
- Good technical aptitude and understand a wide variety of IT concepts
- Write technical responses from verbal and/or written input
- Knowledge of relational database tools, including SQL
- Creative and capable of creating visually appealing documentation
- Understanding of engineering disciplines
- Experience in software programming
- Knowledge of SQL Server, Excel, Python; cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks strongly preferred
- Knowledge of extended Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Teams, Visio) and Smartsheet
- Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience a plus

Compensation:
The estimated base annual salary range for this position is $70,270 to $105,000,though a candidate’s base annual salary shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience. This position may additionally be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
