Pharmacy Automation Supplies is a growing company located in the Southwest suburbs that distributes pharmacy supplies to chain and independent pharmacies domestically. PAS has an immediate full-time account manager position open. Candidates must remain confident when faced with the challenges of a position that requires initiating and engaging customers primarily by telephone, with some face-to-face interaction. Candidates must be organized, analytical, and able to remain self-motivated and consistent with limited supervision once fully trained.
Experience Requirements:
An associate degree or equivalent/relevant work experience in customer service/inside sales is preferred.

Pharmacy/healthcare experience is a plus!
Must be punctual and reliable

Self-sufficient once fully trained and able to develop solutions and make decisions with minimal managerial oversight
Job description and responsibilities:
Manage existing and new accounts by providing timely follow-ups and reminders, and accurately documenting communication transactions in accordance with the internal organization structure.
Cross-consultative selling to existing customers and prospects with inbound inquiries.
Use logic and problem-solving skills to help customers with various needs
Confer with all other staff, customers, management, vendors, and partners to obtain answers and develop solutions.
Be familiar with the pharmacy industry as a whole and the main players

Two weeks of paid vacation after one year of service
Paid holidays and sick time accrue after ninety days of service

Hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm M-F
