Who we’re looking for:
Atlantic Health Partners, a key business unit of Managed Health Care Associates (MHA), is seeking a strategic, growth-focused executive to serve as
the lead of its Post-Acute Market operations. This leader will be an industry expert in the vaccines market and will be responsible for expanding AHP’s footprint in the post-acute and long-term care (LTC) space by developing and executing a scalable, data-driven sales growth strategy. The lead will oversee efforts to drive membership growth, deepen manufacturer partnerships, and strengthen member engagement through innovative solutions and value-based programs. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical distribution, coupled with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales organizations, operations and delivering sustained business growth. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of the vaccine market and post-acute care dynamics.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Business Strategy
- Known leader and industry expertise in the vaccines market, with demonstratable results in vaccine sales.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the post-acute and long-term care market.
- Lead and evolve the GPO engagement model, strengthening relationships with providers, pharmacies, and key stakeholders across the care continuum.
- Assume full P&L ownership for the AHP business unit, ensuring alignment with revenue, margin, and membership growth objectives.
Sales Leadership & Business Growth
- Direct scalable sales strategies to drive new member acquisition, increase share of wallet, and optimize contract performance.
- Expand and enhance manufacturer and supplier partnerships to improve value-based offerings and broaden market access.
- Build and lead a high-performing, accountable sales team with a focus on execution, strategic alignment, and member-centric engagement.
- Leverage deep knowledge of provider economics, value-based care models, and LTC market dynamics to inform outreach and strengthen AHP’s market position.
Data-Driven Sales Management
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), forecasts, and pipeline metrics to ensure steady progress toward growth goals.
- Use analytics and performance dashboards to optimize sales operations, refine strategy, and support executive-level reporting.
- Continuously evaluate and adapt tactics to improve lead conversion, shorten sales cycles, and enhance member lifetime value.
People Leadership & Performance
- Recruit, develop, and lead a results-driven sales organization grounded in accountability, continuous improvement, and strategic focus.
- Set clear performance goals, implement development plans, and foster a culture of coaching and excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and program teams to ensure consistent messaging, smooth onboarding, and an outstanding member experience.
Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success and expertise in the Vaccine Market driving $10+ million in sales revenue
- Demonstrated business unit leadership and P&L Management
- Success in building and leading sales teams.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, immunization programs, and provider economics in the Post Acute market
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
