Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for contract opportunities to support hospitals/health-systems in the greater-Los Angeles area.
Location: Greater-Los Angeles Area
Job Type: 13-week Contract
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts; 10-hours shifts; 7on/7off shifts
- Flexibility required to cover primarily 1st and 2nd shifts with occasional 3rd (overnight) shift coverage
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient hospital setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes
- Conduct medication reviews, monitor drug therapies, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
- Participate in patient education and support medication adherence
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Prepare for and pass a competency exam as part of the onboarding process
- Complete requisite background clearance (Livescan) before beginning assignment
Qualifications / Desired Experience
- Valid pharmacy license
- Prefer candidates with a Postgraduate Year One (PGY1) residency or approximately 2-years of inpatient clinical pharmacy experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment
