Maintenance Mechanic Job Description
Location: King of Prussia, PA, 19406
Summary
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Mechanic. This is an opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, with or without prior experience. You’ll work alongside experienced team members to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment, with a focus on minimizing downtime and keeping operations running smoothly.
Training will be provided.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other Duties May Be Assigned.
- Assist with routine preventative maintenance on machinery and facility equipment
- Support repairs and troubleshooting on mechanical systems
- Learn how to diagnose and resolve issues with equipment including printing presses and related machinery
- Help fabricate, install, and upgrade components and systems
- Use manuals, diagrams, and schematics to understand equipment and assist with repairs
- Support basic electrical troubleshooting under supervision
- Participate in ongoing training and development
QUALIFICATIONS
- No prior experience required — training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math and computer skills
