Summary
Work closely with the Sr. Manager, Logistics Central Operations and logistics team. The Logistics Coordinator will support the Central Operations team by coordinating logistics activities, assist with client communications, and primarily, manage driver recruiting to build a network of couriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Driver Recruiting
- Develop and execute driver recruitment strategies to build a strong pipeline of independent contractors.
- Identify and leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, gig platforms, social media, local advertising, community outreach)
- Establish and grow a network of reliable drivers across multiple service areas by managing recruiting platforms, conducting interviews and screening process, and managing onboarding.
- Track driver availability, geographic coverage, and service quality.
- Track driver performance, reliability, and client feedback.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing independent contractors while also adhering to company standards, safety policies, and service guidelines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting, onboarding, and driver engagement processes.
- Logistics Coordination & Client Communication:
- Assist with logistics activities, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments.
- Serve as a backup point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and coordinating logistics needs.
- Monitor and support adherence to driver app usage to streamline operations.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies to ensure accuracy and financial responsibility.
- Assist the dispatch team in managing schedules and ensuring timely deliveries.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Either bachelor’s or associate degree strongly preferred. 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, logistics or supply management required. Preferable experience in the healthcare, pharmacy or pharmacy benefit management industry.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Problem solver who can anticipate challenges in driver availability and propose creative solutions.
- Proficient in logistics management software, applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of IC compliance standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with individuals from diverse cultural, linguistic, and regional backgrounds.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally/regionally to recruit and onboard drivers as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet goals and accommodate driver schedules and varying timezones.

Work Environment
The position is a Denver office-based position with minimal travel (10 - 15%). Hybrid remote work possible with proven ability to work independently and efficiently.
