Hospital Pharmacist to join a respected
250-bed acute care facility in Arizona. This is a great opportunity for a high-performing pharmacist looking to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.
What Youll Do
- Collaborate with physicians on drug therapy management and dosing adjustments
- Provide education to nursing staff, patients, and physicians on safe medication use
- Lead medication safety initiatives and adverse drug reaction reporting
- Prepare IV admixtures and nutritional supplements
- Maintain strict narcotic accountability and ensure regulatory compliance
What Were Looking For
- Active Arizona Pharmacist License (required)
- 3+ years of hospital experience in an acute, high-acuity care setting
- Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills
