This temporary Occupational Therapist position offers an opportunity to serve K-12 students in a diverse and itinerant role across multiple school districts in Eastern Colorado. The contract runs from January 5, 2026, through March 23, 2026, providing essential leave coverage within a collaborative educational setting.
Location: Primarily onsite in several schools including Limon, Burlington, Flagler, Woodrow, Hugo, Anton, and Karval, Colorado. While in-person service is preferred, some paperwork, planning, and IEP meeting duties may be completed remotely. Remote services could be considered if an onsite provider is not secured by November 1st.
Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students across multiple school districts with caseloads ranging from 0 to 13 students.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Travel as needed between schools within the designated geographical area.
Desired Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy licensure.
