We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role, contributing to digital strategies, creative content, and customer engagement. Your expertise in SEO, dynamic banner design, and proficiency in Google Web Designer (GWD) and Google Analytics(GA) will drive our online presence and customer engagement.
The Digital Marketing Associate will be a part of the Digital Innovation and Marketing Operations Team (DIMO) and report to the Director, Customer Experience & Engagement. DIMO’s mission is to drive digital transformation within the commercial organization that is rooted in continual enhancements focused on a digital-first mindset, which uses a test & learn culture while balancing operational effectiveness and personalized omni channel customer engagement supporting Azurity’s commitment to ACE (Azurity Commercial Excellence) as we Serve Overlooked Patients.
Responsibilities
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
Collaborate with brand teams, US based DIMO team, and our Media Agency of Record to design eye-catching and responsive banners.
Create dynamic HTML5 banners using Google Web Designer (GWD).
Optimize banners for various platforms, channels, and screen sizes.
Utilize GA to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
Implement GA tags and events for accurate measurement.
- Collaboration and Communication
Coordinate with onshore marketing teams to align strategies and goals.
Communicate effectively across time zones to ensure seamless project execution.
Provide regular updates on project status and milestones.
Ensure that offshore deliverables meet both the highest creative and technical standards.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
- A bachelor's degree, in a related field required
- Demonstrated proficiency in GWS and GA
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on HTML5, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Attention to detail and follow-through on execution required.
- Demonstrated project management skills required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to function as a team player by building strong working relationships built on clarity, collaboration, empathy, reliability, and simplicity required.
- Understanding of Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) process
- Inquisitive, strong analytical skills, including the ability to infer and apply learnings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
