Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs

Qualifications
- Oklahoma teaching license with Severe-Profound Endorsement (required)
- Early Childhood Endorsement (preferred)
- Proven experience working with early childhood and lower elementary aged children
- Strong skill set in writing and implementing IEPs
- Comfortable managing a classroom with paraprofessional assistance
