Job Description
To oversee and optimize API manufacturing processes, ensuring consistent product quality, adherence to cGMP, and efficient resource utilization, process trouble shooting with respect to Yield, Quality and Safety and providing technical support to resolve.

Additional Responsibilities
- Preparation of P&ID’s for New/Modified process and its implementation as per drawing
- Preparation of Capacity enhancement proposals as per Business Requirement and active participation in its implementation.
Qualifications
B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
Experience
10 years of experience in API manufacturing, with strong knowledge of cGMP.
Skills Required
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
