Provide specialized speech-language services through teletherapy to K-12 students in Gretna, LA as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time, contract position offers the opportunity to support student communication development within a dynamic educational environment from ASAP through May 22, 2026.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Delivering comprehensive speech-language interventions via teletherapy to address a range of communication disorders.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with students needs and educational goals.

- Maintaining detailed documentation and progress notes consistent with state and district requirements.
Qualifications And Experience Desired
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Current Louisiana state license and valid licensure in your state of residence.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in school-based speech-language pathology.
- Proven ability to conduct teletherapy sessions effectively.
- Familiarity with Louisiana school district protocols and technology platforms.
- Successful completion of technical screening and provision of at least one professional reference.
Working 35 hours per week (7 hours daily plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch), the caseload and specific school assignments will be determined prior to starting.
