Registered Nurse (RN) to provide
general school nursing services for a district in
Lincoln, Rhode Island. This is a
full-time, on-site position offering steady hours and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in students health and well-being.
Position Details
- Location: Lincoln, RI
- Certification Required: Active Rhode Island Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Assignment Type: General school nursing (not 1:1)
- Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 2:30 PM
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: End of the 20252026 school year
Responsibilities
- Provide direct health services to students and staff
- Administer medications and maintain accurate medical records
- Manage daily health office operations and respond to medical emergencies
- Communicate with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers regarding student needs
- Support wellness initiatives and promote a healthy school environment
Qualifications
- Valid Rhode Island RN license required
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
