The
Vice President, Care Delivery Growth will lead AnewHealth’s growth strategy within the
care delivery market, including partners that directly deliver care to patients including value-based primary care organizations such as IPAs (Independent Physician Associations), ACOs Accountable Care Organizations, CINs (Clinically Integrated Networks), and large physician practices, IDN (Integrated Delivery Networks, and MSOs (Managed Services Organizations) that provide organize, aggregate, and provide enhanced management services to providers. The scope of new business partners will also include specialty care providers (e.g., Nephrology, Cardiology, Neurology) and Home Health organizations.
This executive will be responsible for leading
sales strategy, prospecting, opportunity identification, qualification, and closing of new business with care delivery organizations that can benefit from AnewHealth’s services. The scope of services that will be offered and sold to partners includes ExactCare comprehensive pharmacy dispensing, Capstone Risk Adjustment, MedWise pharmacy risk stratification and alerting (case by case basis) and future services under development.
The ideal candidate combines strategic sales acumen with deep understanding of healthcare delivery models, value-based care, managed service organizations, accountable care models and the role of pharmacy in improving clinical and financial outcomes.
This role will initially be an individual contributor with support from Solution Design, Implementation, and Account Management function. As the market grows, there is an expectation the team will expand for this role commensurate with market opportunity and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for AnewHealth’s care delivery partnerships.
- Identify, qualify, and close new partnerships across home health, primary care, specialty care, and integrated delivery networks.
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue and partnership goals.
- Lead contract negotiations and partnership discussions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Responsible for care delivery referral pipeline leading to new patient per monthly and annual budget.
Strategy & Market Development
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify new market opportunities.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market messaging for care delivery segments.
- Represent AnewHealth at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to build brand awareness and partnerships.
Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with provider organization executives, including CEOs, CMOs, and clinical and operations leaders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with AnewHealth’s clinical, operations, technology, compliance, and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction of partners.
- Act as the senior relationship lead for strategic accounts, identifying ongoing opportunities for growth and collaboration.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the SVP, Care Delivery and executive leadership to align business development priorities with overall organizational goals.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales organization as AnewHealth’s market presence grows.
- Work with finance and operations teams to develop accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the healthcare sector.
- Proven success establishing partnerships with care delivery organizations (home health, primary care, specialty care, IDNs or value-based networks).
- Knowledge of pharmacy services, medication management programs, or healthcare technology solutions strongly preferred.
