Title: Quality Engineer III

Experience Required
- 5–7 years of relevant experience
- Mechanical or Industrial Engineering education
- Minimum 5 years in the medical device industry
- Demonstrated expertise in CAPA and project management
Key Responsibilities
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and resolve quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA): Develop, execute, and monitor CAPA plans to address issues and prevent recurrence.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Lead and manage quality improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and achievement of objectives.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality issues, CAPA activities, and project progress.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams—including production, engineering, and supply chain—to drive quality initiatives and ensure product excellence.
Qualifications
- Quality Management, or related field
- Proven experience in quality engineering or similar role
- Strong knowledge of root cause analysis techniques and CAPA processes
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (ISO, FDA)
