Title: QA Specialist I

Summary
The QA Specialist supports microbiological quality testing in accordance with SOPs and GMP standards. This role is based in the Microbiology Lab and involves bioburden and sterility product testing in ISO-classified areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform micro testing (bioburden/sterility) of samples received
- Work within ISO-classified cleanroom environments
- Ensure all testing follows GMP and SOP requirements
- Document results accurately and maintain compliance
- Participate in weekend work rotation after certification
- Assist with additional microbiology lab tasks as needed
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of quality or laboratory experience
- Preferred: Science or microbiology background
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, collaborative, strong communication skills
Education
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline preferred or equivalent experience
