Summary
Responsible for assembling and testing high-quality medical device instruments in a controlled manufacturing environment. Duties include electronic and mechanical assembly, equipment testing, documentation, and compliance with regulatory and quality system requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and test electronic components and medical devices using automated equipment.
- Read and follow procedures, drawings, schematics, and test instructions.
- Maintain accurate Device History Records and quality documentation.
- Support continuous improvement and follow all QMS, ISO, FDA, and safety requirements.
- Prioritize daily tasks and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Represent the company positively during tours and cross-functional interactions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; AAS preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in electronic or electromechanical assembly preferred.
- Experience in medical device manufacturing or regulated environments (GMP/ISO/FDA) is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot, follow detailed instructions, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform frequent reaching, bending, and walking.
