Our first Research and Development facility in the US is located in Coral Springs, Florida which focuses on generic and branded orally inhaled and nasal drug products. Somerset, New Jersey is home to one of Fifteen commercial manufacturing sites globally and the only commercial manufacturing facility in the United States for Lupin, as well as additional Research and Development teams. We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our dynamic administrative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with others, and is comfortable sharing responsibilities across a small, tight-knit team.
This is an onsite position in our Naples, FL location.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support across the admin team, ensuring seamless coordination and task-sharing.
- Calendar and meeting management
- Expense Reporting
- Assist with corporate travel arrangements, including hotel logistics and itinerary coordination.
- Support mail handling, filing, and front-office management, including managing visitor flow and line queuing.
- Serve as a backup to other administrative roles, including the Executive Assistant and other Admins, as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with executive leadership and external partners.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects with discretion and efficiency.
- Some Facilities coordination
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office tools.

Physical Requirements
The physical requirements of the position generally include: standing, walking, sitting, using hands and fingers, reaching with hands and arms, talking and hearing. In some circumstances, bending, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and crawling may apply. This position may require lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally. Generally work is performed in an office environment.
