Overview
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
School Psychologist to join our student support team. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering students academic, social, emotional, and behavioral success. This role offers a
full-time schedule with flexibility, allowing for excellent worklife balance while providing impactful services to students, staff, and families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for eligibility and service planning
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and intervention services to support students social-emotional well-being
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive learning environments
- Support MTSS/RTI frameworks through data-driven decision-making
- Assist in crisis intervention and behavior support planning
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to state and district policies
Qualifications
- Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology (or related field)
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in school-based settings preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
