Licensure Requirements: Must have open, active and in good standing
State Pharmacy Technician license
Years of Experience: 2 + years in a retail setting. Call Center setting preferred.
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Setting: Remote
Background/ Drug Requirements: Must be willing to submit to a background check, health and drug screen
Remote Pharmacy TechnicianJob Responsibilities:- Interact directly with customers
- Responsible for maintaining productivity and quality standards
- Display excellent communication skills
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Ability to understand the importance of and respect the confidentiality of all member information, per HIPAA guidelines
- Ability to establish priorities and accomplishing tasks in a timely manner
