Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Duties
Primary responsibilities will focus on supporting day-to-day production of introducers and the final packaging area as a frontline engineer. This includes analyzing and solving problems related to equipment and processes, improving existing processes, and responding to technical issues impacting production.
The role requires time spent on the production floor doing hands-on troubleshooting and interacting with operators and support staff.
Additional sustaining activities may include performing qualifications, acting as an SME for change implementation and training, and supporting projects that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience; this position is intended for an entry-level Manufacturing Engineer.
- Root cause and problem-solving experience is a plus.
- The candidate should be eager to learn and jump into tasks with a “get things done” attitude.
- OP/QP is a nice to have.
- Medical device experience is a plus.

- Ability to provide production support, conduct hands-on troubleshooting, and perform root cause problem-solving.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
