This roleis responsible fordeveloping and delivering high-impact training to both internal teams and external clients, ensuring successful adoption and effective use of our products. The Trainer will play a key role in onboarding, enablement, and ongoing education, while also contributing to product feedback and deployment success.
Design, develop, deliver, and continuously improve engaging training programs for Truven’s tools,databasesand services.
Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for internal staff, clients, and partners, with a focus on data visualization, dashboard creation, report generation, and other products/tools that Truven’s provides to customers.Customize training content to meet the needs ofdifferent roles/ user groups.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to align training with product capabilities, client needs, and strategic priorities.
Develop andmaintaina library of training materials, including quick reference guides, e-learning modules, and documentation that reflect product updates and user feedback.
Support onboarding efforts for new clients andnew users, ensuring smooth transitions, validation of setup, and confident adoption of the tools.
Bachelor’s degree ina relevant fieldsuch as Education, Instructional Design, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business, ora relateddiscipline.

Compensation
The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.
