Truven isseekinga skilled and passionateSr. Director, Analytics, Research & Solutions– Cross Marketto serve as a strategic leader responsible for managing the analytic support functions of our healthcare analytics and consulting team. This includes onboarding, training, and base analytic support (client success managers, reporting specialists) across our book of business using a combination of onshore and offshore resources, as well as driving process improvementactivities. Oversee the analytic support operations across the healthcare analytics and consulting team, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across the client portfolio. Develop andmaintainbest practices for analytic reporting support, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficient delivery of user support.
Identify, implement, and support process improvements across the business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, scalability, and quality of deliverables.
You are a seasoned leader with a passion for transforming healthcare through data-driven insights and operational excellence. You bring a unique blend of strategic vision, hands-on execution, andpeopleleadership to drive scalable, high-impact solutions across complex organizations.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Healthcare Administration, DataAnalytics); advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MHA, or similar)preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics, consulting, or client success, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing cross-functional teams.

Compensation
The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.
