Rx relief is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support a leading 503B Outsourcing Facility.
Qualifications:
- Active New York Pharmacist Technician license
- 3+ years’ experience in a 503B, hospital compounding, or cGMP-regulated setting
- Strong understanding of FDA, DEA, and state regulations
- Experience with QMS and controlled substance compliance
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, medications, and compounding techniques
- Understanding of sterile compounding procedures and aseptic technique
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and compound sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical preparations according to established protocols and safety standards
• Accurately measure, mix, and package medications following physician orders and pharmacy specifications
• Maintain detailed production records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Operate and maintain pharmacy production equipment, including automated dispensing systems and compounding tools
• Perform quality control checks on all prepared medications to ensure accuracy and safety
• Follow USP guidelines and maintain aseptic technique when preparing sterile products
• Organize and stock pharmacy inventory, ensuring proper storage conditions and rotation of medications
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and production facilities according to established procedures
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely production
• Assist in training new technicians on production processes and safety protocols
• Monitor expiration dates and remove outdated medications from inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $28.00 - $38.00 Per Hour
