Qualifications And Desired Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
- Current licensure as a Surgical Technologist in Colorado (DORA) is required.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Strong orthopedic surgery experience essential.
- Ability to work professionally under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining a sterile surgical environment throughout operative procedures.
- Provide instrumentation and support to surgeons during orthopedic surgeries.
- Participate in unit activities to sustain high-quality patient care standards.
- Collaborate closely with nursing and surgical staff for optimal procedural outcomes.
Schedule And Hours
- Guaranteed a minimum of 32 hours per week out of a 36-hour schedule.
