Data Operation Analyst to join our team !
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of ensuring our customer-facing databases are always accurate and up to date by continuously monitoring external data changes and implementing
updates based on your insights.
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, while designing strategic, smart and automated solutions to prevent future challenges.
- Own the process of identifying, analyzing, and integrating new data sources to strengthen our information ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including R&D, Customer Success, Support, and Sales to enhance efficiency, align efforts, and drive results that support company
goals.
- Develop deep expertise in the healthcare domain, including medical treatments, insurance, health funds, and patient assistance programs.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working in a data-driven environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for data.
- Fluent or native-level proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid technical proficiency with tools such as SQL, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and online research platforms.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable managing a high-volume workload and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, enthusiastic, and a true team player with a “can-do” attitude.
- Previous experience in healthcare or digital health is a significant advantage.
