Job Description
- To handle the day to day activities in Process equipment’s related Works.
- Day to day activity all electrical & instruments works.
- Maintenance for daily all log books.
- To prepare the calibration of Instruments yearly planner.
- To attend the breakdown of equipment's and resolve it in minimum time to ensure less production loss.
- Co-ordination with external agencies if required to rectify the breakdowns.
- To keep track of consumption of materials procured by us and their reconciliation of monthly basis.
- Day to day activity job allocation to Technicians.
- To submit daily report of daily activities to Head engineering.
- To monitor the safety in the execution of project and maintenance activities in smooth condition.
- To supervise the consumption of power, at the site on daily basis and prepare the report and any misuse of these utilities should be reported to head engineering and Projects.
- Ensure that the safety needs of all site activities are in place.
- To ensure that all the activities that are being carried out in the facility are in comp
- To address end to end operational & maintenance issue related to PLC, SCADA, System Programming (Preparation, Trouble Shooting, Program Designing & Update), System Logic & Language, Process Automation & Process Instrumentation
Qualifications
Qualification : B TECH/BE (Instrumentation / Electronics)
