The primary role of the Accounting Specialist, Customer Billing position
is to ensure the timely billing of all products and services purchased.
As a member of the Accounting team, your job would involve: Utilizing
MEDITECH\'s in-house system to generate invoices to our customers
Reconciling of customer deposit accounts to General Ledger Billing of
customers for products and services purchased Calculating service fee
price increases for eligible customers Reviewing executed licenses for
billing terms. Requirements Bachelor\'s or associate degree with
coursework in accounting preferred and/or 2-3 years of applicable work
or military experience Knowledge of General Ledger General knowledge of
accounting cycles Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills Strong attention to detail Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills, numerical aptitude Proven ability
to set goals and meet deadlines Ability to work well independently and
as part of a team Ability to take the initiative to complete projects
with minimal supervision.
