We are seeking two licensed Pharmacists for full-time 13+ week contract opportunities at a long-term care facility in Eau Claire, WI. This position offers flexibility for local, travel, temp-to-perm, or direct hire placement. Relocation support is available for the right permanent fit.
Schedule:
First shift, Monday–Friday with on-call rotation—1 weekend every 4 months (shared among pharmacists)
Responsibilities:
- Prescription verification and medication review
- Oversee and support pharmacy technicians
- Maintain compliance with LTC pharmacy protocols
- Ensure patient safety and regulatory adherence
Requirements:
- Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license in good standing
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to consider travel, temp-to-perm, or permanent placement
