JOB SUMMARY
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our products through strategic planning and effective marketing strategies for both Payer and Pharma channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, operations, and commercial marketing to ensure the successful launch and ongoing promotion of our products. Your primary goal will be to drive product positioning and awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns.

Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products in a competitive market.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to change and drive results.
- Travel Requirements: Domestic and/or International, up to 10%
Education & Experience Requirements
- Minimum years of work experience: 5 years
- Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors Degree in marketing/pharmacy

The hiring range for this position is $113,140 to $141,420 per year. The actual base pay offered will consider candidate’s geographic location, job related knowledge, experience, and skill amongst other potential factors. There may be a bonus or commission, and/or a long-term incentive that will be provided as part of the compensation package, along with medical, financial and/or other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
