TITLE – PRESS OPERATOR ASSISTANT
Job Summary:
Shamrock Labels is seeking full-time
PRESS OPERATOR ASSISTANTS to join our growing team at our O’Fallon, Missouri location. This position supports Flexographic Press Operators in the setup, operation, and maintenance of printing equipment.
Job Functions:
- Assist press operators with press setup and changeovers
- Supply materials and assist with equipment preparation
- Monitor press operations and support quality control checks
- Help maintain a clean and organized press area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Accurately complete production documentation
- Other duties as assigned
Competencies:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or printing environment is a plus
- Must be reliable and eager to learn
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
PAY RATE: $19–20/HOUR (Based on experience)
