Operations Technician to join our growing team just outside of Memphis, TN.

What You’ll Do
Role
As an Operations Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring patients receive their prescriptions safely, accurately, and on time. Your day-to-day will include:
- Processing prescriptions—gathering and verifying patient and insurance details, labeling, filling, and securing pharmacist approval.
- Partnering with insurance companies and patients to resolve coverage issues, process prior authorizations, and support seamless care.
- Preparing and organizing shipments to patients, ensuring accuracy, stability, and timely delivery.
- Managing pharmaceutical inventory—anticipating needs and ordering medications to keep up with patient demand.
- Supporting patients with refill scheduling, medication counseling policies, and answering questions with compassion and clarity.
- Tracking shipments, managing calls and emails, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
- Ensuring compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.

What We’re Looking For
- Education/Certification: Completion of a Pharmacy Technician Program with Board Certification.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician (specialty or retail pharmacy preferred).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with NDC codes, insurance formularies, and pharmacy laws/regulations.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, expert customer service and phone skills, and ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Physical & Other Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and operate computer systems for extended periods.
- Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must pass federal background check, child abuse clearance, and drug screen.
