Manager, IXI (Intelligent Experience & Insights)
Role Overview:
The Manager of IXI supports the development and operationalization of VytleOne’s enterprise insights. This role translates business priorities into actionable analytics and user-centric solutions, managing project delivery and data modeling across the pharmacy and 340B domains.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- - Manage end-to-end insight development for targeted pharmacy services and growth initiatives.
- - Develop robust data models, dashboards, and analytic layers using PowerBI, Alteryx, and Databricks.
- - Design and automate performance scorecards for internal and client-facing stakeholders.
- - Support experimentation with basic AI tools and integrate outcomes into scalable reporting frameworks.
- - Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to ensure alignment and impact.
- - Contribute to team standards, playbooks, and data storytelling maturity across the division.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- - 5–7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, preferably in pharmacy, payer, or provider services.
- - Demonstrated skill in BI development, workflow automation, and stakeholder engagement.
- - Experience with 340B program data and/or value-based care analytics is preferred.
- - Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Public Health, Business, or equivalent required.
