Job Description
Hours are 3pm-11pm
- Follow all ISO and plant safety systems. (ISO 9001:2015 and 14001).
- Lab Testing.
- Frequently audit all manufacturing areas, including Class 5 areas, as assigned if QA is absent.
- Identify, determine, communicate and record nonconformities.
- Ensure samples are collected for lab testing in accordance with product work instructions and test method.
- Collect report and input sample data into Aptean Ross database.
- Perform raw and finished incoming inspection duties as required.
- Assist in training for all new hires.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED and 1-3 months related experience and/or training
- Certifications preferred: ISO specialized training. Forklift license (Type II)
- Read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Effectively present information one on one and in a small group situation to others of the company.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and apply troubleshooting skills to help reduce/ eliminate nonconformance issues.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Must be able to frequently stand, sit, walk, reach, kneel, and lift, move, or transport up to 40lbs.
- See clearly at 20" or less to inspect.
- See clearly at 10' or more to observe WIP.
- Must be able to don appropriate gowning materials and wear PPE as defined by plant safety procedures.
- Regularly work overtime when required and maintain a flexible work schedule.

Compensation Information:
$17.50 with $1 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift
