As the full time, exempt, CPS Solutions, LLC Director of Rehabilitation at, you will manage and direct the activities of the Department of Rehabilitation as well as provides therapy services within your rehabilitation specialty. Key responsibilities include the following:
Schedule: This full time, exempt position will work at least 40 hours per week, primarily Monday-Friday, from 8:00am-4:30pm, on-call as needed, and on a rare occasion may cover weekend hours.
Starting Pay:$105,000 to $125,000 annually, based on related work experience
About the Facility:Baptist Health Medical System - Drew County is a non-profit, 60 bed, acute care facility that serves a population of 200,000 in Southeast Arkansas. Services include an Emergency Department, Surgical Services, Cancer Center Infusion Services, a Sleep Center, Women's Services, Imaging, Radiology, Respiratory, Rehabilitation Therapy, Inpatient and Outpatient senior Psychiatric Services, Wound Care, Home Health and Lab.CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited College or School of Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), or Speech Language Pathology with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree; PT or OT preferred
- An Arkansas licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in good standing
- 5 years of rehabilitation management experience required
Hospital Requirements:
- (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between October 1st - April 30th
