Job Title: Recruiting Intern – Job Posting Focus

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $17/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Recruiting Intern to support our team with job posting activities. In this role, you will help draft, post, and maintain job listings across various platforms to attract top talent. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and publish job postings on internal and external job boards
- Ensure job descriptions are accurate, engaging, and aligned with company branding
- Monitor job posting performance and make updates as needed
- Assist with maintaining an organized record of active postings
- Support additional recruiting tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with job boards and social media platforms a plus
