Position Overview
We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Intern to join our team. In this role, you'll help support key campaign activities—from identifying and refining audience segments to assisting with ad platform execution and performance reporting. It’s a great opportunity to get hands-on experience across both marketing and sales initiatives, and to learn how strategy turns into measurable results.
This is a full-time position that will span over the course of 10 weeks. The program will start Monday, June 2nd, 2024 and end Friday, August 8th.

What you will work on
- Assist with audience research, segmentation, and targeting for paid and organic campaigns
- Support the setup and management of campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others
- Help pull and organize data for weekly and monthly performance reports
- Monitor ad performance and flag opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team on campaign planning and execution
- Contribute ideas and insights during team meetings
Qualifications
- Interest in digital marketing and how marketing results informs sales opportunity creation and management
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and organizing data
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Eager to learn new tools and platforms (experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or HubSpot is a plus but not required)
- Ability to take initiative, ask questions, and work independently when needed
