Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnership and Leadership:

We are responsible for creating and executing critical initiatives, leading functions through change management and priority alignment. Your leadership will provide valuable decision support, identify and implement operational improvement opportunities, and build a strong finance team that thrives on inclusive involvement and continuous improvement.

  • Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews: Engage with global functional leaders and other stakeholders to review performance, forecasts, and align on risks, opportunities, and strategies for solving functional challenges and advancing investment initiatives.
  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Play a key role in developing and executing strategic initiatives across global functions, leading teams through complex change management and prioritization.
  • Empower a Diverse Team: Build, lead, and develop a team that thrives on inclusive involvement. Apply a continuous improvement approach and leverage PPI (Practice Process Improvement) principles to advance the finance mission and achieve goals.
  • Foster a Collaborative Environment: Create a collaborative atmosphere that supports priorities of functional partners with financial insights and strategic guidance but also drives alignment across the businesses and global finance team as necessary.

Financial Analysis & Reporting: Lead a team of eleven professionals, providing financial and operational support to key functional partners. Champion standardized and transparent financial reporting and business metrics to enable sound investment decisions, profitable growth, and financial accountability. Ensure compliance with company policies, US GAAP, and regulatory requirements.

Planning and Forecasting:

  • Own the development and communication of the Corporate Functions annual operating plan (AOP), driving accountability and alignment throughout the organization. Develop forecasts to identify business risks and opportunities, ensuring delivery of financial commitments.
  • Lead consolidation of Corporate Functions results and communicate effectively all issues and actions to close gaps. Champion efficient and harmonized use of existing and newly implemented financial systems (Forecast & Planning tool- PLN, Workforce Planning Headcount tool- WFP, General Ledger

Account tool- GLA) across all corporate functions teams and drive adoption throughout all teams.

  • Provide insights and guidance on prioritizing investments to achieve functional objectives. Drive prioritization and value achievement on investments required to deliver strategic priorities and corporate-funded initiatives.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA desired
  • A minimum of 12+ years of multifaceted finance and management experience

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Track record delivering outstanding results beyond the finance function and leading in a global matrix environment
  • Role model leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experienced business partner with strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across the company
  • Ability to partner with management at all levels and to lead projects and initiatives
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong systems understanding including HFM, ERP experience with Oracle or SAP a plus
  • Must possess a strong set of personal and business values aligned with our 4i values (Integrity, Involvement, Innovation, and Intensity)

Other Job Requirements:

  • Onsite work environment in Waltham, Massachusetts
