Job Summary

The Associate Project Manager oversees the development and implementation of products and services, managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities include estimating project effort, developing plans and budgets, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring quality using standard methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets using Microsoft Project.
Oversee project execution, assign tasks, track progress, and implement contingency plans.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide regular status updates and participate in stakeholder meetings.
Identify and resolve project issues in collaboration with teams and customers.
Mentor junior project managers and share best practices.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 0–2 years of experience. Equivalent experience considered.
Skills: Strong understanding of project management principles, business functions, and technical concepts.
Competencies: Analytical problem-solving, risk assessment, and decision-making within defined processes.
