The Strategic Inventory Analyst II will take on responsibilities in data analysis, inventory optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective inventory management practices. Will contribute to forecasting accuracy, inventory strategies, and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Assists in developing and implementing inventory optimization strategies
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align inventory levels with projected demand
- Participates in process improvement initiatives within the inventory management function
- Generates reports and provide insights on inventory performance and recommendations
- Supports the development and maintenance of inventory policies and procedures
- Strong querying skill set, specifically robust experience with and knowledge of SQL and proven understanding of familiarizing with and leveraging both data warehouse and seperated datasets to accomplish required views. Experience with the below strongly preferred:
- Coding languages including Python, DAX, M preferable
- Data environments including Bigquery, Databricks, PowerBI/Fabric
- Dashboarding including Power BI or similar (i.e., Tableau) and Power Automate
- Provides strong support to team around data modeling, querying, and deliverables (i.e., dashboards, usable datasets, patterns)
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain analytics, management, operations management, business administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL and PowerBI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, data integrity and usability
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Ability to work and produce deliverables independently

Salary: USD 67000.00 - USD 100600.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
