How will you make an impact?
As a Power BI Sr. Data Visualization Analyst on our fully remote team, you will play a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making in the field of Human Operations. Your expertise in Power BI visualization and product management, coupled with outstanding attention to detail, will contribute to developing and implementing data-driven solutions that improve HR processes and drive organizational growth.
What will you do?
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prototype designs, and ensure the successful implementation of data visualization solutions for the platform(s) you support.
Create thoughtfully designed Power BI reports, using advanced front-end techniques such as sophisticated bookmarks, complex visual interactions, and creative use of out-of-the-box visuals.
Manage the product roadmap and backlog for BI reporting tools.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in relevant technology, finding opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Provide guidance and on-demand training material to end users, encouraging the adoption and utilization of tools.
How will you get there?
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
Experience
Extensive experience in collaborating with others and leading projects using project management philosophies and tools. Strong analytical skills are required, along with the ability to think like a business analyst and translate business needs into detailed technical requirements.
3+ years of experience in Power BI or another data visualization tool, with a consistent track record of delivering successful projects. Expert in data visualization and storytelling principles.
Comfort with data modeling, DAX, and SQL.
Experience in Talent Acquisition is highly desirable.
