Key Responsibilities
50% Document Control & Data Analysis – Ensure accuracy and compliance in lab documentation.
25% Hands-On Lab Work – Shadow lab supervisors and technicians to understand environmental analysis procedures.
25% Quality Control & Validation – Review, update, and validate essential lab documents.
Technical Learning – Analyze various metals (including mercury), perform wet chemistry testing (Chlorine & Fluoride analysis), and operate GC, IC, and ICP instrumentation.
Safety First – Adhere to all OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
What You Bring To The Team
Enrolled in or recently graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry or Biology.
Technical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Previous Lab Experience Preferred (academic Or Professional).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb stairs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
Bonus Skills
Experience with ICP instrumentation, flashpoint, calorimetry, or TOC (Total Organic Carbon) analysis.
Familiarity with wastewater analysis and operating GC & IC instrumentation.
